Sexiest Female Characters Portrayed in the Movies

There are many female roles on the big screen that were memorable for several reasons. First and foremost, she had to look fantastic in her signature costume or outfit in the movie. She also had to represent a fantasy, real life, a super hero comic book, or a mythical world. Her seduction is her first line of defense, then if necessary she would use some super powers or lots of really big guns.

Halle Berry in the movie Catwoman was one of many adaptations to the catwoman character, which first originated in Batman of the 1940's played by Selina Kyle- a hottie from that era. Catwoman is a seductive cat burglur and whip carrying feline beauty. Michelle Pfeiffer also played this role in Batman Returns, but Halle Berry's exaggerated curves suit this cat suit prrrfect.

 Angelina Jolie looks hot in anything- whether she's packing guns in a too tight mini outfit or sporting a bikini while chasing or outrunning the bad guys in Tomb Raider. Tomb Raider was a huge hit in 2001 and not just the video game geeks were flocking to see it. Once you get past Jolie's rockin body, the action and adventure aspect of the movie was pretty good as well.

 The damsel in distress is a superhero's, like Spiderman, dream come true. Mary Jane, played by Kirsten Dunst in Spiderman, is a classic distressed damsel- in love with a man who can't return her undying love, getting wet and in trouble with the bad guys all the time. She's a perfect recipe for disaster. Although not a gorgeous girl in all definitions, but in need of saving, which makes her that much more appealing.

 Rebecca Romijn wears absolutely nothing- a painted on outfit! in the X-men movies when she played Mystique. Well if you count body decals and paint, then maybe she was sorta wearing something. After this movie, many men declared blue as their favorite color, and who can blame them?

In the 2002 film (and two sequels), Resident Evil, Alice is played by Milla Jovovich, a distinctly Russian girl with a mysterious, but fierce attractiveness, who just wants to get down to business, especially with big guns. Short skirt, knee-high boots, and guns- those zobies don't stand a chance. She also displays her unique appeal in the movie Fifth Element.

Catherine Zeta Jones plays Elena, a beautiful and spicy spanish sword fighter in Zorro. who knows exactly how to use a sword. Even Zorro can't compete with her on-screen sizzle, but he tries, only to be hit hard by her second line of defense- beauty and seduction.

 Jessica Alba was just one of the guys (Not!) in Fantastic 4. She fought crime in a tight bodysuit with three goofy superhero guys. The really appealing aspect, she was just as competant and powerful as the others against the bad guys and looked hot while doing it. Although, the way her body gleams in a bathing suit, like in the Deep Blue movie, most guys were probably wishing she was wearing less in Fantastic 4.

Elisha Cuthbert's portrayal of the girl nextdoor is perfect, and so approriately named The Girl Next Door, a classic fantasy based in reality. The appeal of a girl next door is she not unattainable, but she is hot nevertheless, approachable and not out of th eavergae boy's league. 

Temptation is layed on heavy with the funny, quirky, sultry, sexy role of a She-devil that Elizabeth Hurley plays in Bedazzled- poor Brandon Frasier didn't stand a chance. Granting wishes and making deals isn't hard when you have so many seductive outfits as Hurley has in this movie- faves were the school girl and the cheerleader.

 Kate Beckinsale really gets attention in dark movies with mythical creatures that roam the night and terrorize everybody, except her of course. She plays a sexy vampire hunting sidekick to Hugh Jackman in Van Helsing. Ironically, she also plays Seline, a werewolf hunting vampire, in Underworld. Both movies she couldn't get any hotter.

 Scarlett Johansson makes quite an entrance in the latest Iron Man movie (Iron Man 2) where she utilizes cunning skills and deadly appeal as her character Natasha Romanoff better known as The Black Widow. I was waiting for Scarlett to play a comic book beauty- totally perfect!

Jennifer Garner works hard for her fit body. She proves that muscles are sexy and help fight the bad guys too. She bears almost all in two such movies- Elektra and Daredevil. Honestly, not many other women could get away with wearing such cheap looking halloween-type costumes. She kicks butt!

Alicia Silverstone, another beauty donning a skin tight outfit, looking great in her Bat Girl costume in the Batman and Robin movie. That bat costume certainly put a new spin on nocturnal creatures. She couldn't be more attention getting than if she was wearing nothing at all.
